Finally 13!

Whoos! From today onwards, I'm officially 13! Today's been an awesome day! First, PE at first shud be running, but teach cum late, so end up we can play any game we wan! So the girls decided on Floorball. At first it was supposed to be juz us girls play, then after that a few boys join. The game really violent lorrhs! Someone (I tink Guan Lin) hit my hand with the stick! OW! But anyways, still fun lahhs!
Next, Science. Boring~
Recess! Nothing much to say, actually. Best part cums now worhhs!
When I went back to the classroom, I was a bit surprised to see "Happy Birthday Jasmine!" written on the board! 1E3 rox to the core!!! Love 'em!!! So nice lehhs!
More boring lessons, Maths~ Not gonna mention anything bout it.
English? Nothing much to say either I guess.
Haiiz, this week and next week so many tests! But the March hols cumin soon woohs! Then can go crazily hyper lehhs!
Hmm, wad else to write? I still have History and English homework sia. 2moro still have Choir. My mum told me, nxt wk still my b'day cos of Chinese calender. But doesn't really matter rite? Cos not a lot of people go according to Chinese calender.

Sec 1 Orientation Camp

This one horr, I just go straight to the fun parts(though actually got a lot of parts but I'll try to cut short) cos someone thinks I'm really long-winded, the no-oil(hokkien translation). On that day, we actually played many games, such as whack-o, darling you love me(the totally disgusting but funny one) and etc. etc. Before we started the games, I met Gem, who was from Philipines (dunno how to spell). I'll just explain Darling you love me part. This game is like the chosen person will have to ask another person of opposite gender "darling do you love me?" Normally, the person being asked will laugh, but if you can endure you have to reply "Yes, I do, but I promised not to laugh." If the person laughs, then he/she will have to be the one asking others the same question. I almost got a stomachache watching my classmates play the game. After that, we played Simon says. The people who got forfeited would have to do Chicken Dance. To make the game better, the councillors said that if you didn't shake your butt sexy enough (bleurghh!!!), you'll have to keep doing the dance until you meet their expectations. To demonstrate to us, they got their school's best butt shaker, Fedrick (dunno how to spell), to do the chicken dance. We were all laughing at how we shook his butt, actually. Fedrick looks kinda like David, except he seems more shy.
During teatime, I met Evelyn and Cai Ling. They were both really nice too. I figured that Gem, Evelyn and Cai Ling would be my best friends in Yishun Town! Ok, ok, I'll get to another funny part, I can't remember if there were any others before this but.... we were learning some cheers to do for our campfire after our school tour, and to encourage us to do well, the councillors said that they would get Fedrick to do the chec-chec-kolek(dunno how to spell) dance for us. We didn't know what it was, but we wanted to find out, so we shouted really loud for the cheers. After the cheers, the councillors managed to get Fedrick up the stage to do the dance. We were all laughing at the dance!!! Before the dance started, the councillors told us this, "When you watch the dance, you're either going to go to the toilet and puke or your hair will stand up. Remember, keep your eyes on the backside!". Actually, my class had already watched the dance earlier on, but that was just my class. This time, it was the whole school watching. Fedrick had his back faced to us, and he did the dance, with us all laughing on our backs!!!! I wish I could have videoed it for you all to see, but the school kept our handphones and wallets for safe-keeping.
Actually, we had lunch before the school tour. During lunch, one of the councillors used the louudspeaker in the canteen to explain to us about the rules of the canteen. One mistake she made, which made us all laugh, was that she said "You need to keep the tables and chairs clean, so that they can help you eat." We all burst out laughing! After lunch, we assembled in the hall for a while, and then a councillor named Timothy (really funny one) explained the rules of the canteen to us again. One rule he said was, "Don't litter the canteen, there're a lot of dustbins everywhere, green green one, very easy to spot." Then I remembered there were a few plants and some grass outside the canteen, so I said, (a little too loud cos I was sitting in front), "Grass lahh!" Then the councillors laughed. A girl from Timothy's class said, "my Primary school didn't need to do that." Then one of the councillors asked (forget whether it was Jeremy or Timothy, and dunno why he asked), "You're not from Admiralty right?" Then the girl said no.
The whole day we played lots of games, and it was really fun! I'm even going to watch Alvin and the Chipmunks 2 with Evelyn (and maybe Gem, depends. Not Cai Ling since she's already watched it) on Wednesday after school. I love my school! And readers, I hope you love yours too! Smilez Alwayz!

Holiday at Downtown East

Heyys everyone! A few days ago, I went to Dwontown East for holiday!
On Friday night, I reached there at about 10+. My cousin's family was already there. Our rooms were joined together. My younger cousin, Xuan Xuan, ran into our room to play for a bit. My mum was chatting with Xuan Xuan's mum. Xuan Xuan's room was really cold! They had turned on both the air-con and the fan! Xuan Xuan, when in her room, hid under the blanket while me and my mum unpacked our stuff. My sister had gone for a barbecue with her friends and so she said she would come the next day instead. My dad didn't want to leave her at home alone so he stayed back at home. My brother was lazy to go at night. That night, Xuan Xuan wanted to sleep in our room, since if she slept in her room, she would have to squeeze with her parents, her brother, and her brother's friend. She slept on the bed beside me and my mum pulled out the mattress under the bed to sleep on. That night, I couldn't really sleep. Even if I did, I kept waking up after that. In the end, I ended up waking up at 4+. My mum was awake then, and she told me that she didn't sleep a wink at all! Xuan Xuan, on the other hand, was still sleeping. The doors joining the rooms wasn't open through the night, and while my mum went to the washroom, I saw Xuan Xuan's mum going to the washroom in hers. When my mum came out, I told her about it and we went to the other room. There, we found out that Xuan Xúan's parents were awake too! After a while, both the brother and his friend woke up too. My mum switched on the television, while Xuan Xuan's dad sat beside Xuan Xuan, and beat her backside, waking her up. When Xuan Xuan woke up, it was about 6+. We got changed, and went to McDonalds to have our breakfast.
After that, we watched television for a long time. I told Darren and Kai Kang that I would wait for them at Pasir Ris MRT station to pick them up for my barbecue at 12.30. My mum, Xuan Xuan, her mum and me went to the MRT station while the guys went to Wild Wild Wet to play. When we reached there, I was shocked to see no one there! I called Darren, only to find that his handphone wasn't even on! So, I called his home. When he picked up the phone and I told him where I was, he said, "Today's the 21st?" I didn't know if I was supposed to laugh or fume. I told him to go with Zhi Kang and Shao Jun instead, since they were coming later. After a while, he called me to tell me that the other two were actually in Seng Kang! I didn't know what to do so we went back while Xuan Xuan's mum left for the food fair at Expo. We went back, and at first, me and Xuan Xuan were going to go to Escape Theme Park(ETP) but my mum said that we should go the next day instead, so that both our families can play and we can play longer at the same time. We reluctantly agreed. The rest of my family came later. After that, my parents and my sis went out for a bit of shopping. A while later, my mum called me to tell me to go fetch Christabelle and Ili since she had a stomachache. Since it was raining before, I took 3 umbrellas with me.
When I reached the MRT station, I picked them up. I called Zhi Kang, since he told me they were coming at 3 but it was 4+ by then. He told me, they were reaching Pasir Ris and said that they knew how to get to Downtown East. So us girls left them alone. When we were walking, someone kept hitting me so I turned back to see Xuan Xuan's mum! We were going to walk back to the chalet after crossing the roads when Cleo and her brother came out of a car. Zhi Kang called me suddenly and I think they actually didn't know how to get to Downtown East after all. Chris and Ili went to fetch them then. Xuan Xuan's mum had went back then already. Me, Cleo and her brother went back to the chalet ourselves again. When we reached the room, Chris called me to tell me that they were lost too! I was really tired then but we still went back to fetch them.
Ok, I'll skip some of the parts first..... There was still some time before the barbecue so we played catching for a while. Because the place was really big, it was hard to find the people. Zhi Kang was the fastest among us, so after we ended the game, I told all of them, "Whoever can catch Zhi Kang gets a Gobstopper from me!" So everyone ran after Zhi Kang. After that, someone(forgot who) told me that Shao Jun had caught Zhi Kang. Zhi kang was moaning away, saying that Shao Jun had tricked him. This was what happened: Shao Jun told Zhi Kang, "I have a plan!" So ZK went to him...... and got caught by SJ! I gave SJ a Gobstopper, and ZK asked me for one. So I told him, since he was the one to be caught, he couldn't get any. After that, the boys said that they would be going to e!hub. We girls went to get our wallets, and went to the entrance to get Chloe after that. We went to e!hub....... and went to Zone X. We played a bit there. After that, we said that we wanted to go ride the Ferris Wheel. But my mum suddenly called me to say that the barbecue had already started. So we all ran back to the chalet. The boys were in the bowling alley then, so I called them and told them, "You'd better get back quickly! My cousin and his dad are big eaters, so if you don't go now, you won't have any food left!" So of course they would go back. After all, what I spoke was the truth. Anyways, I'll continue the post tomorrow!

P6 2009 Graduation Party

Hiya everyone! Today was three-quarter great and a-quarter bad day. Bad, you ask? Cos I've got flu! ..... I hope it gets well soon cos I wanna have a smooth barbecue on Saturday! The talent show was great! Except that some people weren't really good. But I admire them for their courage to go up on stage. Even I wouldn't dare to go up and perform. Anyways, Laili seemed really nervous on stage but she did quite well, too. Our class won the Group Category (whoo-hoo!) and my class was screaming away. During JEP, the whole school made $6350, if I didn't remember wrongly. And our class made the most amount, $814 point something! YAY! The buffet wasn't exactly what I imagined. It wouldn't be called a buffet if there isn't a huge variety and that you can take yourself. Anyways, the food was OK. I'm really picky when it comes to food, that's why it's only an OK to me. After that, the teachers performed for us. I filmed all the performances, but accidentally deleted one of the Solo ones. But thankfully, it wasn't the winning one. If you want the videos, please tell me and I'll load them into a disc for you. Anyways, the teachers' performance was AWESOME! The students were all screaming away! Hahas! Today was really great! After everything ended, we went back to our classes. Mr Oh made us clean up the classroom and clear our lockers. He allowed my group and Jeris's group to go to the lockers first. Since I had already cleared mine out a few days ago, and Cleo had no locker, we stayed in the classroom. Suddenly, we heard Christabelle scream from outside. When they came in, they told us that there was a lizard in Ili's locker, which was why they screamed. If lizards were vermins, I would scream. But they're not, so why scream? ..... Diao..... Anyways, in the last 10 minutes, Mr Oh allowed us to take photos outside the classroom. Some of the girls went outside to take a group picture. Cleo went out too to take their picture. Choong Ying suggested that we take a picture with Miss Rachelle, so me, her and Chris went to 6Courage. At the door, I took off my spectacles since I didn't want to take pictures with my spectacles on. We went in, then took pictures with Miss Rachelle. When we neared her, she asked me why I wasn't wearing specs. It's strange, cos my hearing seems to worsen when I'm without specs. So I didn't answer Miss Rachelle and leaned against the wall behind someone(forgot who).
Haiizzz, if only everyday could be like that....

JEP project day

Yesterday, my JEP group members (Chris, Ili, Cleo, Choong Ying and Chloe, excluding me here) came to my house to do our project. We had a lot of fun, though we had much work. I won't reveal what games we're doing and what products we're selling, too. In between our working time, we went downstairs for lunch. Ili stayed at my house, and accompanied Yun Ting (the girl my mum takes care of) since she wasn't hungry. So, my mum offered her a piece of chocolate cake. Of course Ili was happy. She was a chocolate monster!
Christabelle was coming to my house only after lunch. So, me, Cleo, Choong Ying and Chloe went down by ourselves and had our lunch at the food court in Woodlands Mart. On our way there, I spotted Yi Min in the Candy House. I told Cleo about it, and she told Chloe and Choong Ying. Chloe called Yi Min, and Yi Min came out of the shop. That was when I saw my most hated enemy in the shop. I immediately left for the food court with Cleo since I couldn't be bothered with my enemy. Judging by her size and seeing her in the shop, I think I know how she landed herself in the state she is now. Ignore me saying this, 'cause I'm really devilish when it comes to dealing with enemies. I mean, look at her, Christabelle once told me that our enemy bumped into her so hard that she bled! I'm really pissed off with her!
Also, that wasn't all she did. She sent Christabelle an SMS, telling her to shut her trap! Thank god Chris's mum saw the message, and sent back Chen Xi an SMS scolding her. SHE TOTALLY DESERVED IT!
Anyway, back to us having lunch. While we were having lunch, Chris texted all of us the same thing. To prank her, we all wrote the same message and all sent to her at the same time! She replied us, asking us why we all wrote the same thing. And altogether again, we SMSed her, saying that it was because we were all together, at the same time! It was really fun!
After lunch, we went to under Block 777 to dig for some sand. Ili stayed upstairs since her work was upstairs. Christabelle and Chloe immediately ran to the playground while me, Choong Ying and Cleo continued digging for sand. Digging sand for our project was my Mum's and Choong Ying's idea. While doing so, we were bitten by some bugs. And since we didn't have enough spoons, we called Ili down to bring down some spoons. She brought down the spoons, and went up again. I shouted at Christabelle, telling her to help us since she didn't help us in the morning. She said she had a great excuse, since she was busy in the morning, playing computer, she added.
After we finished digging enough sand for a bit, we got Ili to bring her items from her house. Then, she brought down her items and we continued digging. Before that, me, Choong Ying and Cleo went up to my house to keep our items. We left them outside my house since they were dirty, then took the insect repellent and went down again. When we reached downstairs, Chloe said, "I just found out, that the two people who hates bugs are actually doing the dirty work!"
We all laughed then.
After all our work was done, we kept all the items and did some finishing touches. We then decided to take a break and to play catching. We went downstairs with Yun Ting, and then chose Ili as the catcher. Actually, this isn't really catching, but is Vampire. We quickly ran away while Ili counted. I was actually given the job of taking care of Yun Ting, but since I paired up with Chris, Cleo paired up with her. Chloe was supposed to pair up with Choong Ying, but when the game started, they were already seperated and Chloe joined with us instead. After a while, we saw Yun Ting, Cleo and Choong Ying. That was when Yun Ting suddenly tagged us and blurt out laughing. She was actually caught already! Sheesh!
Second round, Choong Ying was the catcher since she was the first to be caught by Ili. She counted to ten and we ran away in a huff. Again, me, Chris and Chloe became a group. We suddenly heard Choong Ying coming, and she was screaming my name! We all ran away in a huff again. Then, our handphones rang. It was a message from Choong Ying, saying that she actually called us as she wanted to use the washroom!
It was a funny incident. I got my keys from Ili and brought Choong Ying upstairs. When we reached the door of my house, Choong Ying asked, "I'm still the catcher right?" I replied, "Yup." So I let her tag me. We plotted a plan. We would go downstairs together and once we reached downstairs, I would pretend that I was running away from Choong Ying. So the plan worked out great and we finally caught everyone.
Next round, I landed myself in the Vampire's place. I quickly counted to 10 and caught Cleo. Actually, Cleo was still standing there when I finished counting. So I shouted, "Cleo's already caught!" But Cleo said, "You shouldn't really announce it. I'm your bait." But anyway, we still caught the rest. The next one I caught was Yun Ting, then Chloe then Christabelle. Christabelle said that she actually didn't hear me saying that I had already caught Cleo! Oh my gosh!
Anyway, we went to the playground at Block 777 next. Christabelle chased after Yun Ting. And when Ili came, Yun Ting tried to chase her too. Before that, we were racing to the playground. I announced that the last person to reach the playground would have to be spun 10 times! Choong Ying, Chloe and Ili didn't hear me though, since they were lagging behind. Christabelle then shouted, "Choong Ying! Chloe! Run faster! Let Ili run last so she'll have to be spun 10 times!" Ili heard what Chris said, and dashed forward. However, Choong Ying and Chloe beat her. So, Ili got onto the spin thingy, and I spun her around 10 times. The 10 times didn't stop, actually. It just went spinning and spinning and Ili was screaming for help. Then, Chris started chasing Yun Ting. I've filmed all this up, and will try to post it up. More things happened, but I'm still too lazy to write. Kayys, that's all. Buh buhs~

A game of catching

Hiya everyone! Hope you're all doing great! On Higher Mother Tongue PSLE paper day, me, Christabelle, Ili, Cleo and Jeris had a little fun. We played catching, that's what. We made Ili the catcher, and me and Christabelle pair up, while Jeris and Ili paired up. We all ran away as soon as Ili started counting. We made a rule, saying that we cannot go up to the blocks and can only play in the void decks from under Block 770 to the shelter beside Block 772 and the carpark.
After a while, Ili was nowhere in sight, while me and Christabelle just stayed in the resting zone under my block. I SMSed Cleo, asking where she was, after a while. She said she was at Block 769, so we ran there to try to meet up with her. When we reached under that block, we saw Jeris and Cleo on the opposite side. I screamed Cleo's name, and Christabelle shushed me, warning me not to get Ili's attention. But, Cleo and Jeris suddenly run away, and Ili appeared behind them. Ili saw us, and screamed our names, while we cared no more and ran into the lift of Block 769. We anyhow pressed a button, and accidentally pushed 4.
When we were in the lift, we blurt out laughing. We crept to a corner and peered downstairs. No one seemed to know that we were up there. Christabelle peered down and whispered that she saw Ili, so we both ducked down. But after a while, I was bored of waiting. I told Chris to went downstairs, since we were being unfair too. So we took the stairs and went down.
After a while, we went up to my house to get some drinks. If I'm not wrong, we went to the playground at Block 777 before that. The playground was really fun, I must admit! There was something which you could stood on and spun around on, and Jeris couldn't stop playing that. The playground stuff wasn't so clear now, I can't remember much. But I do remember us going to Ili's house to get balls to play with. We took 2 balls, and left one at my house. We then went down under my block to play Monkey. If I'm not wrong, it was either Chris or Ili who enjoyed being the monkey.
Soon, everyone except me had played monkey already. Chris then announced everyone to sabotage me so that I would become the monkey. After a while, I really became the monkey. I was really frustrated on the outside, but on the inside, I was laughing as well. It was great fun. After everyone except me and Cleo had played monkey except twice, I purposely became the monkey so that I would have a chance to sabotage Cleo. Sure enough, I managed to sabotage her. After that, we took a photo. Then, we decided to play catching again.
Ili was still the catcher, and the pairs were the same. We ran away. Hold on, I think what happened at Block 769 was the 2nd round. Oops! My apologies! Mmm.... What happened then??? Oh my gosh! I can't remember! Sorry viewers, apparently I have shortened memory. :P See yah!

My cousin's wedding dinner

Hiya all! Just recently, I attended my cousin's wedding dinner. She was so pretty!~~ My little niece was dressed almost like a bride too, and her hair was tied into something like those Korean type! The wedding dinner was supposed to start at 7.30, but my family reached there at 8 and it still hadn't started yet! Wedding dinners always start late, don't they? One thing's for sure, it started after 8.30! While we ate, there was a woman and a guy on stage singing those type of love songs. The guy played the violin and the guitar while the woman sang. Everyone agreed that the woman sang really well. Oh yeah! Before the wedding started, we noticed that my father and my uncle(Dad's brother) were dressed in the same shirts, except that the shade of my dad's shirt was darker! We were all laughing, saying no wonder they were brothers! My family shared a cousin with one of my wedded cousins and another 32-year-old not-yet-married one. My mum teased the unmarried one, asking why he's still single and that he keeps attending wedding dinners but hasn't married yet. We previously went to another wedding this year(forgot when) and also shared a table with the same people. My married cousin, Agnes, had a baby who was really cute. When Agnes' husband was drinking wine, the baby said he wanted to! So they dipped a spoon into the cup and make sure there was only a small drop of it. The baby drank it, and we all laughed when he said he wanted more! The baby so kawaii!~~ Anyway, the wedding ended at 11+ and we reached home at 12. I was really tired and slept as soon as I fell on my bed! But if I don't sleep, I wouldn't be able to have tuition later. I'm still so bored..... As soon as PSLE's over, I'm free for sure! There'll be many parties and as far as I know, I think my class is gonna have 3 graduation parties! That's great cos I love parties! Hope you all do well for your PSLEs! Good luck!

Freaking NAPFA

I dying of boredom. Whole day NAPFA, so boring. I 1 station fail... I am SO not looking forward to 1.6km. Me, Christabelle and Samantha jog for 600m die liao lor. It's a bit embarrassing, but I'm sure since you're all friends, it's okay to tell you all. It's nothing to be proud of, actually. I'm going by the order of which stations my class did first and last, BTW.

Party Time!

Well, sorta long, long ago, we had a party at Rachel's house. Tons of fun!!!! So many people like crazy house. Haha! We threw, erm, what's that call? A squishy bubbly thing Chel Chel got from Wuhan. I had one too, but mine burst. Ewww.... Whoever lost contact of the 'beanbag' when thrown to him or her will get out of the game for a turn. Haha! It was SO hard to catch! Then, we ate KFC. We then went downstairs to play and saw Nicky then Li Xuan. We played with them for a while, then played Captain's Ball with Nicky. But I didn't want to play THAT! Mr Oh had made me get bored of that game. I had MUCH preferred basketball. Then, we all get to get drinks, like bubble tea and stuff. Yum, yum! I had to leave early for a barbeque at my aunt's house.....

When I reached my aunt's house, my family was the first, so I played with my niece and nephew for a while. We were going to play badminton at first, but my niece's friend's family came. I was a bit bashful at first, then got to know Jewelyn, my niece's friend. Jewelyn was P5 and had a brother and sister. His brother, Sec 1, was SO much fun to talk to! He was very playful! Jewelyn and I played the table soccer non-stop! It was SO fun! I don't have any pictures of this trip though, 'cos Jewelyn and I kept playing till 11+ and we didn't even know! Then, I teamed up with my uncle and Jewelyn teamed up with her dad. We battled table soccer and my team won! YUP, YUP, YAY, YAY! Jewelyn and I exchanged handphone numbers and emails, and still keep in touch till now. We chatted and cycled in my aunt's nursery. If you would like to visit my aunt's nursery, it's Chengtai Nursery. It's in Yio Chu Kang, Mum told me. Bye!

Sports Day

The Sports Day was very fun. But too bad I only got one silver medal. There was a Time Bomb game and a game where we have to help a boy from our team wear a Malay ethnic costume.
The Time Bomb was a blast! That game was the best! It was very fun but a pity we didn't win anything. Because of this, all my teammates were arguing. If only there was a guardian angel who can make things right for everyone!
The other game, BORING. It's just running then give the boy the costume, help him wear then run back. One of my teammates acted bossy, telling us what to give to the model. BLAH! Can this day get any worse? Where's my guardian angel?????
So you see, things weren't smooth but at least we had fun. Next year would be worse. The Primary Sixes would go to Sembawang Park to pick rubbish! I mean, we're being environmentally friendly, but I hope we won't be picking 'em up with our fingers! EWWWW!!!! If we aren't, I would want to pick the most litter! Go, Singapore!
